Dengan bentang layar 5,5 inci, Lenovo K900 terlihat bongsor di antara produk-produk smartphone lain yang tersedia sekarang. Ukurannya tampak sangat besar, bahkan ketika dibandingkan dengan Galaxy S4 dari Samsung yang mengusung display 5 inci.
Tingkat kecerahan, kontras, dan saturasi warna layar LCD pada K900 agaknya belum bisa menandingi display AMOLED milik Galaxy S4, tetapi sudah tampak sangat tajam karena memang memiliki resolusi full-HD (1920×1080) dengan tingkat kepadatan pixel mencapai 401 ppi.
Bentuk fisik K900 yang didesain dengan sudut-sudut tajam membuat smartphone ini tampak sedikit kaku dan terkesan “serius”.
Untungnya, dengan bobot 162 gram, K900 masih terasa ringan di tangan sehingga tak terlalu membuat pegal ketika digenggam beberapa lama. Ketebalan yang hanya 7 mm membantu membuatnya terlihat langsing meski berlayar lebar.
Dari segi materail konstruksi, pemakaian logam aluminum membuat K900 terasa solid sekaligus dingin ketika disentuh.
